Last weekend we went with our friends to their families house in Wimberly (near Austin). This is the main house. We stayed in a bunk house to the side. It was in the woods and very nice.

There is a fishing pier of the river at the back of the property.
Maddie was very excited to finally catch a fish. She caught the first one.
Sydnie was also successful.
Witnie's favorite part was actually throwing them back in.

We had a picnic on the edge of this river and of course the kids couldn't help exploring...
...Maybe because they are related to these guys.
We went to a butterfly festival in town.
These girls really want a bunny.
There were tons of butterflies raised in cages and then turned loose.
We went to Brazos Bend a couple weekends ago.
This was a really big guy.
This one was pretty little.Maddie had a field trip at the zoo.
They had a few animals out the kids could pet.
She's not quite as big as a gorilla yet.

I am very impressed with Mark's catch. Looks like the girls are very fishermen than their dad. I like the cabin you stayed in. One day when I am rich we'll have a cabin like that and you can come and stay with us :) Tell the girls I am not jealous at all they got to pet snakes. A little too creepy for me
