Kylie's Blessing

Fall Fun

 Kylie is a good baby.

 Sydnie always wants to hold her.

 Sydnie started preschool at the high school.

 We went to a fall festival and Maddie and Sydnie loved the pony ride.  Witnie, not so much.

 After the pony ride Witnie wouldn't even try the swings.

 Maddie loves taking pictures with her camera.

 Witnie likes small animals that don't look at her.

 We had a neighborhood bbq and did a donut eating contest for the kids.

Kylie is here!

 I went in on Tuesday at 9:45 to be induced.  After I got my pitocin and epidural the dr broke my water when I was a four.  After 15 minutes Kylie was born at 12:33.  She was 18.5 inches and 7 pounds.

 Here is our not so little family.

The girls really love their sister.  Thay always want to hold and touch her.

 Here is Grandma entertaining the kids for me.

We are so grateful she is here safe and sound.

Maddie's Triathlon

Maddie finished her first triathlon on Saturday.

50 meter swim

1 mile bike

1/4 mile run

Maddie got 3rd in her age group so she got a trophy. She finished in 12 min 25 sec.

A ffew more adventures

We went on a walk down Buffalo Bayou and the kids had to draw a nature journal

On Saturday we went to the beach and grilled up some steak

We saw these tree sculptures in Galveston. They were created from large oak trees destroyed by huricane Ike.

Catch up on summer activities

We have been busy with lots of activitie and I have been lazy about posting.

We went to Padernales Falls State Park near Austin with Jaime when she was visiting.

Maddie always manages to find critters.

We had a beach trip to Galveston. We love warm water!

This is the Freedom tree we visited on one of our missions.

We took our turtle to a pet shop reptile contest and the girls had a lot of fun.
