Mark and I are training for an adventure race in November, so we have to do a lot of biking. We make it a family affair. When Maddie gets tired she rides in the baby seat on Mark's bike and Sydnie and Witnie ride in the carrier he pulls. That's about the only way I can attempt to keep up with Mark.
We biked near this 7800 acre park so we decided to have a picnic at the playground.

Getting a good bike and using it is on my list. Thanks for the motivation. I'm really a skinny guy in a fat body. The girls are really cute. I liked Sydnie peeking around the corner in the bike pic.
